PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM

+Mom always had PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM when we had company over.  She would serve a scoop in a little ice cream bowl with a teaspoon of Creme de Menthe drizzled on top. There was one place in town that served PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM and that was at the locally owned grocers a mile from our home.  It always had the pink bits of candy, yet occasionally, +Mom would purchase a brand with the green bits mixed in.  Both candy colors have been included with your yarn, but due to shipping of liquids, I'm sorry I can't include the Creme de Menthe.

YARN BASE INFORMATION:

For best results, hand-knit items should be hand washed in tepid water and laid flat to dry. Superwash yarn CAN be washed in the machine on a gentle cycle (but not advised), then laid flat to dry.  It is recommended to wash your skein before use.  This will ensure any extra color will be rinsed out and prevent "bleeding".

Yarn dyeing is done at home in my back room and air-dried by God. We are a non-smoking home with a cat that roams around our back room and yard. He is afraid of the dyeing equipment and special care is taken so that he does not get onto the yarn - he's too old and arthritic to jump up on the table anyway.

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarns being unique, the skein you receive may vary slightly from the photo shown. If you have questions about the skein, please contact me and I will answer any questions you may have.
