This website is operated by ChickenLadyFiberArts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ChickenLadyFiberArts. ChickenLadyFiberArts offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. ChickenLadyFiberArts, Chicken Lady Fiber Arts, and CLFA are all the same company and are used interchangeably on our website.

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.  If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.  The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The materials on ChickenLadyFiberArts's web site are provided "as is".   We do our best to accurately photograph and describe our products.  It is your responsibility to ask questions regarding our products.  CLFA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, CLFA does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

PAYMENT
Payments may be made using credit card.  I accept checks from people I physically know and cash for in-person sales.

Orders shipping to the state of Colorado are required to pay Colorado state sales tax.  Orders shipping within Mesa County Colorado will be assessed and additional county sales tax will be added.



REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

We strive to have happy customers.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.  We will do our best to 'make it right'. 

Yarn must be returned in its original condition - not worked with, wound into a cake, or smelling of smoke/pets.

Shipping for return items is the responsibility of the buyer. 

PDF sales are final.
