This chewy confection made with sugar, cream, and butter is a deep amber color with golden undertones. Sometimes thinned for a sauce to be poured over ice cream or drizzled into coffee, this SALTED CARAMEL is a lovely neutral to use in stranded colorwork or for an all over project.
