Shipping policy

Orders are shipped to the address listed at the time of checkout.  Please ensure you have entered your address correctly.

Orders are shipped within 5-7 days of order placement via US Postal Service, which I have found to be most economical. If you choose to use a different carrier other than US Postal Service, please let us know. 

We will communicate with you via email when your order is shipped. 

CLFA is not responsible for stolen or lost mail.  Your order is literally out of our hands.  You may purchase insurance if you desire. 

International buyers are responsible for taxes or duties for your country.
