RETIRED COLORWAY.  THESE ARE THE LAST SKEINS.

A E G E A N  M I D N I G H T

This colorway was dyed with Greek Islands in mind. The blue/teal water so clear you can see at least 100 meters deep, the deep blue sky with no light pollution, the twinkling of the moon reflected on the water.... I was fortunate to visit Greece with my parents (my mother was a first-generation born of Greek parents) and I long to go back and visit "the old country".

Shown on RHODE ISLAND RED (worsted) base.

Pattern for sweater is Flax by Tin Can Knits in the smallest size.

Handdyed in Western Colorado, USA

The yarn is very soft and squishy and doesn't split. It is dreamy to work with and will soon become one of your favorite yarns!

Washing instructions:
For best results, handknit items should be handwashed in tepid water and laid flat to dry. Superwash yarn CAN be washed in the machine on a gentle cycle (but not advised), then laid flat to dry.

Yarn dyeing is done at home in my back room and air-dried by God. We are a non-smoking home with a cat that roams around our back room and yard. He is afraid of the dyeing equipment and special care is taken so that he does not get onto the yarn - he's too old and arthritic to jump up on the table anyway.

Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarns being unique, the skein you receive may vary slightly from the photo shown. If you have questions about the skein, please contact me and I will answer any questions you may have
