Whether you're a male with a large foot or a lady with a petite foot, your foot measurements are important.  Because every Chicken Lady sock is sized to fit YOUR exact foot, we need to know your measurements (see picture below). This is a description of how to collect the measurements:

1.  Height.  We will make the sock as tall (or short) as you want.

Place your foot flat on the floor.  Pick any spot on your leg where you want the sock to end (the hem).  Then measure the vertical distance from the floor to that spot.  See figure below.

2.  Calf Circumference

At that same hem location, use a measuring tape to measure the distance around your calf/leg.

3.  Ankle Circumference

At the narrowest spot on your ankle, measure the distance around your ankle.

4.  Arch Circumference

At the narrowest spot in your arch, measure the distance around your arch.

5.  Heel-to-Ball Length

Measure the distance from the back of your heel to the center of your ball.

6.  Total Foot Length.

Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe (the big toe in most people).

Notes:

a.  Measurements in inches are preferred.

b.  The more accurate the measurement, the better the fit.  To the nearest 1/4 inch is sufficient, but 1/8th inch is preferred.

c.  If your feet are different sizes (which is very common), simply provide a second set of measurements.

d.  In the case of socks, your gender doesn't matter.
