It's back for a limited time!!

Barry Manilow did it!!  Mr. Manilow has performed at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort for the past 14 years and broke Elvis Presley's record for the most shows at the property.  To help Barry celebrate, we've brought back the COPACABANA colorway.

This colorway, C O P A C A B A N A, was inspired by Barry Manilow’s song by the same name.

In this colorway, you can see the sparkle of Lola’s dance shoes and Rico’s diamond, the ‘yellow feathers in her hair’, the smoky darkness of the nightclub, the blood that was shed between Tony and Rico from the gunshot, and the tropical colors ‘north of Havana’. Perhaps, while working with this yarn, you’ll hear the bongos, smell the salty air, see the white sands of Copacabana Beach, and start cha-cha-ing in your seat.

"The Manilow Music Project empowers underfunded school music programs to provide quality music education. By donating instruments, equipment, and providing scholarships nationwide, MMP gives disadvantaged young people the opportunity to experience community, passion, and creativity through the gift of music. To date, the MMP has given over 300 scholarships and $10 million to schools."

Proceeds from the sale of this colorway will be given to the Manilow Music Project.

Only available on the Bantam base, Sparkly Fingering, DK Sparkle, and DK Sparkle Silk.

Washing instructions:
For best results, hand-knit items should be hand washed in tepid water and laid flat to dry. Superwash yarn CAN be washed in the machine on a gentle cycle (but not advised), then laid flat to dry.  It is recommended to wash your skein before use.  This will ensure any extra color will be rinsed out and prevent "bleeding".

Yarn dyeing is done at home in my back room and air-dried by God. We are a non-smoking home with a cat that roams around our back room and yard. He is afraid of the dyeing equipment and special care is taken so that he does not get onto the yarn - he's too old and arthritic to jump up on the table anyway.

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarns being unique, the skein you receive may vary slightly from the photo shown. If you have questions about the skein, please contact me and I will answer any questions you may have
